Business Development Manager​

Role Description :- 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Manager. The Business Manager will be responsible for
managing and developing business relationships with new and existing clients. The role requires
close collaboration with sales, technology and operations teams to enable successful delivery of
solutions to clients. The candidate must be able to develop a deep understanding of customer needs
and work towards meeting them. The role will also involve developing and executing go-to-market
strategies to help grow business revenue and meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  •  Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
     Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors and
    internal teams
  • Understanding of Cloud-based Cyber Security technologies and their application to
    Enterprise IT.
  • Previous experience in sales and business development, preferably in the technology
    industry
     Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools
  •  Candidate should have excellent Sales & client handling skills in Corporate Sales.
  •  Can take the Individual Target of 2CR -2.5CR Revenue Collection Annually (All New Business)
  •  Knowledge of Firewall, End Point Security , Email Security, Cloud Security & Backup solutions
  •  At least 3 years of selling experience in any one product like Netskope ,Zscaler,,Crowdstrike.
  •  Responsible for researching and identifying business opportunities & generating leads for
    Netskope, Crowdstrike , Mimecast, DLP Solutions.
  •  Self-driven individual with revenue closing experience and pipeline building
  •  Collaborating responses closely working with presales team
  • Develop and acquire new customers and up sell to existing customers for new revenue
    opportunities.)
  • Works across a medium territory to create a market for defined Cloud offerings and services,
    and to qualify and develop opportunities within those markets
