Careers at Xploreteq
We're a security specialist firm, not a generalist IT shop. That means our engineers go deep in a domain, own outcomes end to end, and work directly with the enterprises they're protecting.
Why here
Cybersecurity, AI governance or data protection — you build real depth in one, rather than spreading thin across everything.
Engineers stay with an engagement from design through operations. You see whether what you built actually worked.
Small teams mean direct client contact, including with CISOs, from early in your career rather than after a decade of internal escalation.
Vendor and industry certification is supported — it's how we stay accredited and how you stay marketable.
Agentic AI security, SASE, DPDP readiness. The work is genuinely new, which is rarer in security services than it sounds.
We hold ourselves to the standard we advise on, which shapes how we work internally as much as how we deliver.
